The signed memorabilia we buy
- The Beatles — signed albums, photos, programs and paper; band-signed pieces especially
- Elvis Presley — signed albums, photos, movie material and documents
- Led Zeppelin — signed albums, posters and band-signed items
- Other rock legends — the Stones, Pink Floyd, Hendrix, Queen, Bowie, AC/DC and more
- Signed guitars — acoustic and electric, played or display pieces
- Signed vinyl and albums — the classic covers collectors chase
- Signed photos, posters and concert material
- Signed drum heads, stage items and instruments
- Celebrity autographs generally — film, television and cultural icons
- Items with COAs from PSA/DNA, Beckett or JSA — welcome, and they pay more
- Estates and full collections — whole walls and whole rooms considered
Band-signed Beatles and Elvis lead the market, with Zeppelin and the top-tier legends behind them — and certified pieces lead their categories: an item carrying a PSA/DNA, Beckett or JSA certificate has its hardest question already answered, and the offer shows it. Uncertified pieces are absolutely welcome too — they are authenticated here, in store, before a number is spoken.
Why selling here beats the auction houses
- Cash today — not after a catalog deadline, a sale date and a settlement period
- No seller's commissions, listing fees or photography charges coming off the top
- No consignment wait — your piece is not sitting in a warehouse for months
- No shipping your treasures across the country and hoping
- One buyer, one conversation, one number — in front of you
- Estates and collections handled in one visit, privately
Run the auction math honestly: hammer price minus commission, minus fees, minus months of waiting, minus the risk of a soft room. Our number is cash in your hand today, and on genuinely comparable pieces it lands ahead of what the auction route actually nets you. That is the whole pitch — bring the piece, hear the number, decide.
Authenticated in store — no receipt needed
Every signature is authenticated in store with professional authentication equipment — ink, medium, signing characteristics and provenance examined at the counter, in front of you. Pieces already carrying COAs from PSA/DNA, Beckett or JSA skip the hardest step and pay more for it. No receipt? No problem. Provenance stories, photos and paperwork all help the offer — bring whatever documents the piece's history.
The more you bring in, the more you get. One signed album is a sale; a collection is an event. Estates, lifelong collections and full walls of framed pieces are priced as collections — and the more you bring in, the more you get. Larger and higher-value collections are handled privately in our VIP room.
Conditions we buy
- Certified band-signed icons (Beatles, Elvis, Zeppelin) — pays the most
- Certified single-signature guitars, albums and photos
- Uncertified pieces with strong provenance
- Framed and display-ready items in clean condition
- Pieces with condition issues — fading, damage — priced honestly as-is
Bring a valid photo ID. Sellers and borrowers are 18+ with ID; every buy is recorded and reported exactly as Massachusetts law requires.
How it works
1. Text photos first. Photos of your autographed memorabilia, front and back, plus any details, to 857-867-6468 — get a realistic range before you travel.
2. Bring it in. 1107 Commonwealth Ave, Boston — Mon–Fri 11–6:30, Sat 11–4:30. Bring a valid photo ID (18+). We authenticate and price the item at the counter, in front of you.
3. Get paid the same visit. Cash on the spot — or a pawn loan at 3% per month* if you would rather borrow against it and keep it yours.
Sell it, or borrow against it and keep it?
Great signed pieces are real collateral here — a certified Beatles album secures a serious loan. Sell for cash today, or borrow at 3% per month* for up to 4 months, renewable, and your memorabilia is stored securely until you redeem it. Pieces stay local, insured in our care, and never leave the building on a truck.
Private VIP room: for loans and purchases over $2,000, ask about our private VIP room when you book — high-value pieces are handled there, not across a busy counter.
Why bring your signed memorabilia here?
Mail-in buyers quote one number online, then grade your piece down in a warehouse you have never seen — and hold your item hostage while you argue.
Marketplaces and consignment mean weeks of messages, flakes, fees and scam risk on a piece worth serious money.
At LBC Pawn your autographed memorabilia is authenticated and priced at the counter in front of you, the offer is the offer, and you leave with cash the same visit — or a loan ticket and your ownership intact.
Skip the drive-first guesswork. Text photos of the item to 857-867-6468 and get a ballpark before you come. Prefer to talk? Call the same number during shop hours.

What a loan costs — in plain numbers
| If you borrow | After month 1 | After month 2 | After month 3 | After month 4 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $100 | $111 | $114 | $117 | $120 |
That first month includes the one-time 8% charge; after that it is a flat 3% per month. No hidden fees, no surprises — the full cost is printed on your ticket.
*Pawn loans: 3% per month interest plus a one-time 8% charge in the first month only. Example: a $100 loan costs $111 after month 1, $114 after month 2, $117 after month 3 and $120 after month 4. Loans run up to 4 months and may be renewed by paying the interest due. Borrowers must be 18 or older with valid photo ID. Items not redeemed by the end of the loan term may be sold as allowed by Massachusetts law.
More we buy
Every piece is authenticated and priced item by item, in front of you — and the more you bring in, the more you get.
Questions we hear
- Why do you say you pay better than auction houses?
- Because of the math: an auction takes commissions and fees off the hammer price and pays you months later, after your piece ships across the country and waits for a sale date. We pay cash today with nothing skimmed off — on comparable pieces, the number in your hand here beats the net from the auction route.
- My signed album has a PSA/DNA (or Beckett / JSA) certificate. Does that help?
- Yes — a recognized COA answers the authenticity question before we start, and certified pieces pay more. Bring the certificate and any paperwork with the item.
- I have signed pieces with no certificate at all. Will you still look at them?
- Absolutely. Uncertified pieces are authenticated in store with professional equipment before any offer — provenance, photos and paperwork help, so bring whatever you have. If a signature cannot be verified, we will tell you plainly.
- Can I pawn a signed piece instead of selling it?
- Yes — borrow against it at 3% per month* (plus the one-time 8% first-month charge) for up to 4 months, renewable, and your memorabilia is stored securely until you redeem it.
